Audarisha Townsend from 312 Dining Diva and the Huffington Post was kind enough to do a write up on our liquid regiments, most notably The Bombay General.
From the article
The Bombay General is one flaming piece of work. Literally. Made with Bombay Sapphire gin, Domaine De Canton, orange marmalade, egg white and UG’s secret syrup, the pièce de résistance is when it’s set on fire tableside. And after tasting it, we’re not surprised it won.
There are other bright spots on the menu, including female-friendly cocktails Effen Haze (Effen vodka, Domaine De Canton, ginger liqueur, fresh lemon, ginger syrup and rosemary-infused grapefruit juice), Private Pear (Grey Goose La Poire, pear puree, muddled blackberries and basil leaf) and the Lt. Lavender (Sweet Tea vodka, St. Germain, fresh lavender and ginger ale). And guys will definitely look smooth drinking the Gee General! martini made with Grey Goose, Noilly Pratt dry vermouth and onion vinegar.
